My Process:

1. Enroll for the season

Before we get to the fun part, enrollment is required. This fee is due for each swimmer enrolling, and it covers the evaluation, materials for the class, and all future communication.

New Clients: $55 | *Returning Clients: $35

2. Evaluation

Evaluations are required before we can actually begin classes. This will allow me to decide what would best suit your or your child’s needs. Evaluations usually last between 10 and 15 minutes.

Depending on how many clients I have in a certain area, Open Evaluations Days might be offered.

3. Scheduling Lessons

Lesson days and times will be as consistent as possible, and we will work together to make a schedule that best suits your availability. Please remember that weather can delay or cancel lessons, sometimes with very little notice. Any missed lessons due to weather or scheduling conflicts on the instructor's part will be rescheduled free of charge.

4. Payments

If booking only one session at a time, the full cost must be paid at the time of scheduling. For 4- and 8-session packages, 50% of the total cost is due right after the class is assigned and is non-refundable, while the remaining cost of each lesson can be paid up until 24 hrs before the beginning of the class.

Note: If a lesson is missed due to a student cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the remaining cost of the lesson fee will not be charged, but the 50% advanced payment will not be refunded.

I cannot assure that a missed class will be rescheduled: that will be affected by instructors’ schedules and class availability.
